Dresden, Germany
Hey, I'm Christoph Biering!
I run a small studio in Dresden, Germany.
I design, build and operate products end to end, with a crew of agents.
Most of my work is in robotics, AI agents and real estate, plus some crazy ideas.

A zero-human company
I want to build a company that runs without people in the loop. Not a company with nobody behind it: one that does not need a second hire, or a tenth, to take on more work.
Every name below is a role I would otherwise have posted a job for. They plan, build, review, ship, watch production and answer users, and they keep going while I sleep. My job is to decide what gets built and to say no.
It is not finished. Some of this still needs me, and I say which parts in the writing.
Point at a name, or tab to it, to see what it does.
Notes from the build
Written while it happens, including the parts that still need me.
